HISTORY
How It All Began
Solomon’s Brew opened in November 2023, born from a love for coffee and a strong faith in God’s direction. We leaned on Proverbs 2:6 which states, “For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.” This verse emphasizes that true wisdom, knowledge, and understanding originate from God. It highlights that God is the ultimate source of these qualities, and those who seek them should look to Him. We learned through studying, doing research, asking questions, listening, and keeping an open mind. We chose to serve proudly Filipino coffee, visiting farmers in Balutakay, Mt. Apo, and building our shop around their hard work. Every cup we serve is a reflection of that journey grounded in passion and purpose.
